I was able to find 21 lists. I took the 21 lists that included “best,” “most popular,” and even “healthiest” cereals and added all their content into a spreadsheet, noting the rank of each one. There were 100 that were on at least 2 lists. I averaged the rankings each one got and divided that average by a factor of the number of lists it was on. The lowest score meant a high ranking average on many lists. The complete spreadsheet is attached at the bottom.
The breakfast cereals that were on the most lists (out of 21) were:
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch – 21 lists
- Frosted Flakes (Kellogg’s) – 21 lists
- Honey Nut Cheerios – 19 lists
- Lucky Charms – 17 lists
- Froot Loops – 16 lists
- Reese’s Puffs – 15 lists
- Raisin Bran (Kellogg’s) – 14 lists
- Rice Krispies – 14 lists
- Fruity Pebbles – 14 lists
